  • Special Guests: Nicodemo from Italy, Export Manager of Cantina di Custoza and Chef Emiddio Isernia, one of the most emerging pastry chefs in Vancouver, award winner for the best chocolate cake and the best revisited Tiramisu’ during the Italian World Chocolate Master 2013 and multi-recognized for his extraordinary talent.
