Story
Richard Geoffroy, the 5th Chef de Cave for Dom Pérignon, relies on an experimental assemblage (blending) process that challenges and stretches the boundaries of sake. A blend of no less than 20 different sakes, including reserves from previous years, the amazing layered depth and long finish is a complex blend of “genshu” (undiluted sake).
