The domaine has been in Meursault for over 300 years and is considered a top-tier producer. Vines are tended organically, with no chaptalization, acidification, or sulphur added during vinification. Picking dates are later than most of their peers, resulting in wines that are richer in style than most while also possessing excellent acidity and tension.
