Archè by F.S.R. is made of the purest and lightest lead-free glass, entirely hand-made through the ancient art of glass blowing.

Each Archè glass is a unique piece, blending the alchemic process of glass shaping with innovative technical and scientific research on convection currents – involves the circulation of volatile components within the glass, facilitated by the differing temperatures of the glass, air, and liquid. This process allows alcohol to evaporate, letting the finest aromas float within the crystal bowls where the taster can perceive them most clearly.

Our focus has been on creating a direct connection between the taster and the wine, achieving a metonymy where the ‘glass of wine’ refers not to the glass itself but purely to its content.
