The Amarone “il Forneto” is produced from the historical vineyard where it takes also the name. It is produced in limited quantity and it has a strong and extraordinary complexity. The Fornetto vineyard is located between the 200 and 230 mt. above sea level . It is very varied, alluvium soil and dry terraced. Perfect with red meet, strong and mature cheeses. Open the bottle at least two hours before drinking. Grapes: 75% Corvina veronese, 25% Corvinone. Ageing: barriques 3 years.
